Before becoming a consultant, I was the CEO of a project that started with an initial idea without a clear direction, but eventually transformed into a multinational lifestyle brand with over 160 people on the team, significant presence in 5 international markets in addition to the domestic one, and revenues exceeding €30M in less than 5 years.
